Loved the pool bar! We had a ground floor room so could just walk out and have a dip in pool. The gardens were kept well with some beautiful flowers. Hotel staff were very quick to rectify problems we had with our room. Good standard of cleanliness in all areas.

the reception staff are so friendly and have good service , the restaurant and the bar staff are so friendly and clean, they deliver super service , tastey foods, the animationteam deliver positive vibe with big smile in face . also i felt safe because I see the security stuff almost everywhere. everything is beautiful. The staff were fantastic. Food was delicious and had a wide variety. indoor pool and spa were great. staff was amazing for helping arrange trips. shop on site is excellent.

the men working in reception was so class and cool and so respectful the bar worker the two women's and the boys was so cool but thier boss i think the old man work at night not the boys working in kitchen was so respectful too and they give best service to people i hope thier boss show them some respect
